AI orchestration platform that helps software teams build more efficiently by intelligently routing work across coding agents while reducing costs.

What it is

Screenshot of the Elbow homepage
elbow.dev, as visitors see it

Elbow is where software teams get their AI. Engineers keep their existing tools, prompts and settings while Elbow decides how hard each step needs to think, routing work intelligently across agents like Claude Code, Codex, Conductor and T3 Code.

The platform delivers results comparable to Claude Opus 5.5 at a fraction of the cost. On Terminal-Bench 2.1, Elbow solves 86% of tasks to Opus 5.5's 88%, at $0.06 per solved task against $0.27.

Teams get full visibility and control through monthly budgets for organizations, teams and individuals, session history showing every step and cost, alerts via email and Slack, and spend broken down by repository. Everything runs on one invoice per month with no provider keys held by engineers.

What it is built with

  • Works with Claude Code, Codex, Conductor, T3 Code
  • Fast, Balanced and Thinking modes with automatic optimization
  • Monthly budgets for organization, teams and individuals
  • Alerts at 80% and 100% budget by email and Slack
  • Spend tracking by repository, team and session
  • Session history with steps, duration and cost
  • Failover between providers when one slows down
  • Audit log and device management
  • Self-updating CLI for engineers
  • Transcript control and compliance options

Do engineers need to change their workflow to use Elbow?
