Update your listing on multiple sites at once

When your company is listed on other launch and discovery sites too, edit once and each site rewrites it in its own words.

Updated

Shared details across all your listings

When you list the same company in more than one place, some details are stored once and synced everywhere you're listed. Change your company name, logo, website, founder profile or team access once, and every listing gets it straight away.

Other details—your tagline, descriptions, features and FAQs—work differently. You write them once on your listing here; the other sites automatically reword them in their own voice. When you change them, those other listings are rewritten to match, keeping the same facts but different wording for each site.

How to update across your listings

In the listing editor, next to "Publish changes", you'll see where each change goes:

  • All my listings of the company (the default): taglines, descriptions and features are reworded for each site.
  • Only this site: keeps your wording here alone.
  • Choose sites: pick which other listings get this version, all ticked to start with.

Only the details you changed in that save are applied. Each site keeps its own change history, so we can put one listing back on its own if you ask.

Categories and what stays separate

Additional categories ($5) follow the same rules. Votes, reviews, rankings, launch weeks, Featured placements and badges stay unique to each site—those are never copied. Paid profile sections on a free listing stay locked until you upgrade that listing.

Check /account/listings under "Copy details" to see which taglines or short descriptions differ across your sites, and apply this site's wording to others.

Questions people ask

Do my votes and reviews sync to the other sites?
No. Votes, reviews, rankings, launch weeks, Featured placements and any badges or verification are unique to each site and never copied.
Can I keep different wording on just one site?
Yes. Choose "Only this site" when you save, and your wording stays on that listing alone. The other sites will use their own rewritten versions.
What happens if a site can't be updated?
We email you a summary of each update. If a site could not be updated, we try again ourselves and let you know if it still fails.
