How do I claim my listing?

Take ownership of your listing and earn the Verified badge by proving you control your company's domain.

Updated

Claim your listing

Find your product on Maker Launches and open it. Hit "Claim" or head straight to /claim/<listing>. You'll need to prove you own the company's domain—pick whichever verification method suits you.

Pick your verification method

Choose one:

  • Email: we send you a link to check at your domain's email address
  • DNS TXT record: add one to your root domain
  • Meta tag: drop it on your homepage
  • Verification file: upload a small file to your site

Your verification code stays valid for 14 days. If it expires before you finish, just start over.

What happens next

Once verified, you own the listing (if nobody claimed it first), can edit it whenever you need to, and get the Verified badge next to your name. The badge tells visitors you actually control the domain—it's not for sale and has nothing to do with placement or votes. Votes stay earned by the community.
