Set up your notifications your way

Pick which messages you get, how you get them, and when—straight from your account settings.

Route your notices where you work

Head to /account/notifications to dial in your setup. For each type of notice, choose your channel: Email, Telegram or Slack. Then pick your pace: Instant hits your inbox or channel right away, Daily digest bundles them up each morning, Weekly digest waits until end of week, or Off silences them altogether.

Telegram and Slack need your own bot or webhook to connect—we don't run them for you. If you route notices to chat, you can set optional quiet hours so they hold off during your downtime.

Notices you can't turn off

A few are locked on because you need them:

  • Receipts and refunds
  • Payment problems and disputes
  • Your listing held for your founder profile
  • Changes to listing status
  • Missing badges
  • Security notices (new device sign-in, email changes)

These come through regardless of your settings—they're the stuff that matters to your account's safety and standing.

Quick unsubscribe

Every notice email includes a one-click unsubscribe link for that specific notice type. Use it and you're out of that stream.

Questions people ask

Can I get notices on Slack or Telegram?
Yes. Go to /account/notifications, pick Slack or Telegram for any notice type, and connect your own bot or webhook. You control the channel.
What if I don't want notices so often?
Switch to Daily digest or Weekly digest for any notice type that doesn't need to be instant. Security and payment notices stay critical.
Can I silence everything?
No—receipts, refunds, payment issues, disputes, listing changes and security notices always reach you. You can choose email, Telegram or Slack as the channel, though.
