What it is

Vynix is a visual website feedback tool that transforms point-and-click annotations into machine-readable context for AI coding agents. When you click an element or drag a region on a live website and leave a note, Vynix automatically captures the CSS selector, XPath, DOM snippet, computed styles, viewport size, console errors and failed network requests—everything an agent needs to fix it without guessing.

The product integrates directly with AI agents through a native Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, allowing agents to read feedback live without copy-paste. It can also export feedback as Markdown reports, AI prompts or JSON, and create GitHub issues with auto-assignment to Copilot. Optional AI Diagnosis uses the captured context to suggest root causes and fixes.

Vynix ships as a single script tag under 16KB gzipped with zero runtime dependencies, works on any framework from static HTML to React and Vue, and renders in a Shadow DOM so it never interferes with your application. Privacy is built in: diagnostics capture only metadata with query strings stripped, request bodies never recorded, and everything is encrypted at rest.

How is Vynix different from a screenshot tool?

A screenshot tells a human what to look at, but Vynix tells an AI agent what to change by providing the exact CSS selector, XPath, DOM snippet, computed styles, and your intent—context an agent can act on without guessing.

What is the MCP server for?

The Model Context Protocol server exposes your annotations to AI coding agents directly, allowing agents to read, clarify, and resolve feedback in place instead of copy-pasting. It can also run AI diagnosis, read attached screenshots, and open GitHub issues.

Can Vynix diagnose the bug for me?

Yes. The AI Context Engine reads a note's captured page, element, DOM and runtime errors and returns ranked root causes, a confidence score, a suggested fix, and the source files it most likely lives in. You can bring your own API key for OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenRouter, Mistral, or Groq.

Can I share feedback with someone who has no account?

Yes. You can generate a read-only share link for a project and send it to a client or stakeholder. They see every annotation in full context with no login required, reporter emails are hidden, and you can revoke the link or set it to expire.

Does Vynix slow down my site?

No. The widget is under 16KB gzipped with zero runtime dependencies and loads deferred so it never blocks your page. It renders inside a Shadow DOM so it cannot clash with your styles or scripts.
