What happens if my annual subscription expires?

If your subscription expires, you lose access to new updates and priority support. However, you can continue using the current version of Resolver Pro installed on your website without losing access to your data or chatbot functionality.

How much does it cost?

The Resolver plugin itself is free and requires that you use an API key of your own from one of the supported AI platforms (OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Claude). You will pay the AI platforms based on how much your API key is used, which depends on how many conversations your chatbot is having and which AI model you’re using. Generally speaking, a single conversation should only cost a few cents. Resolver also includes a Token Monitoring menu where you can view token usage transparently and set daily and monthly limits.
