Page Builder Sandwich is a WordPress page builder that stores standard WordPress blocks instead of shortcodes or a private format. Your pages remain readable to WordPress, your theme and your SEO plugin, whatever you add later. Work in the regular block editor, or open Sandwich Studio, a visual editor that fills the screen and offers a layers panel, undo history, a command palette and keyboard shortcuts.

A page loads just the styles of the blocks it uses, delivered from your own uploads folder, with neutral class names and no generator tags. A measured test page gained +0.5 kB and made 0 requests to other companies' servers. While you build, a free accessibility checker points out missing alternative text and weak colour contrast.

The free plugin offers 44 blocks and 20 website kits. Pro brings 68 more blocks and 8 more kits, a form builder, popups, A/B tests, a theme builder, a design system, a WooCommerce store builder and imports from Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, WPBakery and Figma. AI agents such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can assemble pages through the MCP server, which has 150 tools.

It has been a WordPress page builder since 2015, and version 6 is a new builder from the ground up. Zinn Digital® Ltd develops, sells and supports it, and Neil Lock builds it.
