Jobsistant

What it is

Jobsistant is a Chrome and Edge extension that autofills job applications and generates tailored responses. It builds a reusable profile called Super Context from your resumes, projects, skills, and saved answers, then uses this profile to fill repeated fields and draft personalized answers for each application based on the job description. The extension recognizes 21 ATS platforms automatically (including Greenhouse and Lever) and works on employer career pages when activated. Every answer is reviewed and edited by you before submission—the extension never submits applications automatically. It also generates tailored resumes and cover letters for each role and tracks your applications in a built-in tracker.

Questions from the bench

Does Jobsistant auto-apply or submit job applications for me?

No. Jobsistant fills forms and drafts answers. You check the details, make any changes, and press submit yourself.

Which job sites and ATS platforms does the autofill work on?

Jobsistant automatically recognizes 21 ATS domains, including Greenhouse and Lever. On other career pages, open the extension and choose Fill this page. Support varies by form, and some fields need manual entry. On LinkedIn, use assist mode to copy answers yourself.

How does Jobsistant write AI answers?

It uses your resume, saved details, and the job description to draft a response. You can change the tone, shorten it, or edit it directly. Check that every claim is accurate and follow the employer's rules on AI use.

Is Jobsistant free?

Yes. Early users get Pro free during early access, including AI answers and tailored documents. No credit card is required. Paid plans will be optional and pricing will be shared before early access ends.

What is Super Context?

Super Context is your reusable professional profile that combines experience from your resumes, projects, skills you add, and answers saved as you apply. Jobsistant uses the relevant parts for each job and you can edit or delete what it remembers.
