It features RSD-friendly language and design throughout, behavioral experiments to test beliefs, mood tracking, and emotion check-ins. All data stays 100% private and local on your iPhone or iPad.

- After onboarding, start the local 14-day trial with all features. This does not start a subscription and ends without automatic charge. After the trial ends, adding entries and making changes requires a subscription or Lifetime. Without valid access, existing data stays readable, and export and deletion remain available.
- Is my data really safe?
- Yes. DopaLoop stores all data exclusively on your device with no server, no cloud, and no database. Even voice recognition runs entirely on your iPhone. Voice notes are excluded from iCloud backup by default but can opt in with Advanced Data Protection for end-to-end encryption.
- Is DopaLoop suitable for people with ADHD?
- Absolutely. DopaLoop was built with ADHD and RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria) in mind: no streak punishment, supportive language instead of criticism, flexible intensity, and understanding for difficult days. This design helps everyone, not just people with ADHD.
- What happens if I don't use the app for 2 weeks?
- Your previous progress is still there. You can just continue where you left off with no restart and no lost data.
