Questions from the bench

What does a passing check mean?
A passing check means no configured rule fired. It grants no execution authority, does not establish provider-completion proof, and is not independent provider confirmation.
How much does the managed Check API cost?
The managed Check API costs $1 per 1,000 checked replies, billed monthly through Stripe with no upfront charge. The safety limit is 100,000 checked replies per key per calendar month.
Can I use Curbi's tools without paying?
Yes. You can run the MIT-licensed local open-source checker, use browser policy checks, access six read-only MCP tools, and export regressions and verify signatures offline all for free with no signup required.
What happens to my data when I use the managed Check API?
Billing stores key hashes, subscription identifiers and usage records. It does not store your raw API key or reply text.
Is production action signing available?
No. Production action signing remains off. A configured rule check grants no execution permission and is not independent provider confirmation. Receipt examples use test keys.
