The upgrade you can make
Your free listing has one path to grow: become a paid launch. It costs $5, the same price as starting a new paid launch from scratch. You'll get an invoice just like any other purchase, and VAT applies where required—prices are shown in US dollars.
What opens up when you pay
Once you upgrade, your listing shifts from free to paid. This means:
- All profile sections unlock: your founder story, milestones and video demo
- The link to your site becomes dofollow
- You no longer need our badge displayed
- If your listing was waiting on the badge or your founder profile to go live, it publishes straight away
Your existing votes and reviews stay put. The community votes here—votes are never for sale.
Timing your launch
Not live yet? The upgrade card lets you pick which week to go live, at no extra cost. Pick 'this week' to launch now, or select any later week from the list. Already live? Your listing just keeps running.
How to upgrade
Sign into your account, head to /account/listings and find the listing you want to upgrade. Select 'Upgrades and extras' next to it. You'll see 'Upgrade to a full launch' as the first option. Hit the upgrade button and pay as normal.
Questions people ask
- Can I pick when my upgraded listing goes live?
- Yes, if it's not live yet. The upgrade card shows you available weeks to choose from. If your listing is already live, it stays live.
- Do my votes and reviews disappear when I upgrade?
- No. Your votes, reviews and page address all stay exactly as they are. Votes here come from the community and are never bought.
