VouchShot is a Chrome extension that captures screenshots with built-in cryptographic proof, making them verifiable and trustworthy. Every screenshot gets a public verification page that anyone can audit without needing to log in.
The tool works in three simple steps: install the extension, capture your screenshot normally, and share the verified image, link, or badge anywhere you post. The verification happens silently in the background, taking just a few seconds.
Behind the scenes, VouchShot reloads the page to ensure a fresh state, certifies DOM integrity, cryptographically signs the image with URL and timestamp, and creates a public record. The result is a verification page open to anyone with no login required.
