What it is

ordel.io, as visitors see it

Ordel is an AI-native testing platform where one AI agent handles your entire QA lifecycle: it explores your application, maps every element, generates test cases from requirements, executes tests at scale, self-heals when your UI changes, analyzes failures, and files defects automatically. You set standards and approve each step.

You can drive the agent from Claude Code or Cursor using MCP, or let it run autonomously. Tests are built by intent, by recording, by AI exploration, or in code, and run in the cloud or on your own infrastructure. Beyond browser automation, Ordel handles performance testing (converting functional flows to load tests with statistical gates), data validation (comparing sources like Postgres to Excel), and API testing—all connected to the same test management system.

Every artifact from requirement to report stays linked and versioned. The platform integrates with Jira, Linear, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and OLLAMA, and lets you customize AI models, fields, rules, and automation to fit your team's workflow.

What it is built with

  • AI test generation from requirements
  • Self-healing test automation with confidence scoring
  • Application graph mapping crawled by AI
  • Performance testing with statistical gates against baseline
  • Data validation across multiple sources
  • MCP server integration with Claude Code and Cursor
  • Reusable test modules (Login, Search, Checkout, etc.)
  • Multi-run comparison reports with trend analysis
  • Automated defect filing with reproduction steps
  • Integration with Jira, Linear, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and LLM providers

Questions from the bench

What is Ordel and how does it differ from other QA tools?
Ordel is an AI-native testing platform where one agent handles your entire QA lifecycle: generating test cases from requirements, executing tests, self-healing when your app changes, analyzing failures, and filing defects. Unlike AI tools that only generate the opening line of a test, Ordel executes the full lifecycle, and unlike fragmented stacks, it consolidates five separate vendors (management, automation, performance, APIs, data) into one unified platform with a single source of truth.
How can I connect Ordel to my coding agent?
Ordel is an MCP server that integrates with Claude Code and Cursor. You connect it with one command: `claude mcp add --transport http ordel https://ordel.io/api/mcp`. Your coding agent can then start cycles, read failures, propose fixes, file and close defects, and pull reports through the same approval loop.
What pricing plans does Ordel offer?
Ordel charges per user per month. Starter is $19/user/month (or $190/year) with test management, automation, and self-healing. Professional is $49/user/month (or $490/year) and adds performance and data testing plus custom AI models. Enterprise pricing is bespoke and includes on-prem, full compliance, SSO/SAML, and dedicated SLA. All plans include a 14-day free trial, and the CLI is free for solo testing.
What integrations does Ordel support?
Ordel integrates with project management tools (Jira, Linear, GitHub, Azure DevOps), CI/CD systems (Jenkins), AI providers (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, OLLAMA), and automation tools (Playwright). It also supports syncing requirements from Jira, GitHub, Linear, and Azure DevOps, and can run on your own infrastructure via Local Runner or CLI agents for Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.
