Where do I enter a promo code or use a gift?
Enter codes in the cart, see discounts before you pay, and use gifts and offers from your account.

Enter a code in the cart
If you have a promo code, go to /cart and find 'Have a code?' at the bottom. Paste it in and press 'Apply code'. You'll see the discount straight away, and it's shown again at checkout. Remove it in the cart if you change your mind.
Codes can be:
- A percentage off or a fixed amount
- Limited to certain products, a number of uses, or a date
- Worked out before VAT; VAT is then calculated on your discounted price
If a code doesn't work on what's in your cart, the page tells you why. Billboard contributions can't be discounted—those are ranked by the actual money you put in.
Use a gift or offer
When our team gives you something, you'll get an email with a link. It also shows up at /account/gifts once you're signed in with that email address.
- Free gift: Pick the listing you want to add it to with 'Use it on', and it works just like you bought it.
- Reduced-price offer: Goes through the normal cart and checkout at your discounted price, plus VAT where it applies.
Some gifts have an end date printed next to them. If you don't have a listing yet, add your product first at /submit, then come back to claim your gift.
A code and a gift don't stack: if an item already has a discount, it gets no extra one.
Questions people ask
- What if my code doesn't work?
- The cart tells you why—it might only work on certain products, or you might have hit the use limit or expiry date.
- Can I use a code and a gift on the same thing?
- No. If an item already has a discount from a code, gift or offer, you can't add another one on top.
- When do I need to use a gift by?
- Check next to the gift in /account/gifts—some have an end date, some don't. If you don't have a listing yet, create one at /submit first.
