What's the refund policy here?
Purchases don't get refunds once paid. We refund if we take down your listing, and your statutory rights always apply.
Updated
No refunds once you've paid
When you buy a listing or feature, the payment sticks. We don't refund it later. This is set out in our terms.
Your statutory rights aren't affected by this policy—they still apply to you.
We do refund if we pull your listing
If our team rejects or takes down a paid listing, you get your full payment back. It goes automatically to the payment method you used. You'll also get a credit note.
If you paid in crypto, we'll ask you for a payout address so we can send the refund there.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you dispute a payment or it gets reversed, we take down everything bought with that order straight away while we sort it out. Once the dispute closes in our favour, we can put your listing back up.
Questions people ask
- Can I get my money back after I've paid?
- No. Once a payment goes through, it's final. The exception is if we reject or remove your paid listing—then we refund the full amount automatically.
- What happens if I dispute a payment?
- While the dispute is open, anything you bought with that payment gets taken down. If we win the dispute, we can restore it.
- Does this affect my rights as a buyer?
- No. Your statutory consumer rights always apply, whatever our refund policy says.
