Product review

A multilingual freelance marketplace with zero buyer fees and a seller commission that falls as sales grow

Zinn Hub is a London-registered marketplace for digital services where buyers can order fixed-price services, post free project briefs or hire directly from a freelancer directory, while sellers keep all of their first $500 in sales. It suits small businesses hiring for SEO, content, design and similar work, and freelancers who want lower fees and access to buyers who speak other languages. The public pages explain the offer, fees and buyer protection in detail, with a few points on crypto refunds and category depth worth checking before ordering.

Key takeaways

  • Buyers pay no platform fee, and the pricing page states that what a buyer sees at checkout is what they pay.
  • The whole platform runs in 46 languages, with messages, listings, reviews, image text and live calls translated between buyer and seller.
  • Sellers pay 0% commission on their first $500, then a tiered rate falling to 8%, or a flat 8% or 7% on the $25 and $50 monthly plans.
  • The site states that every freelancer passes identity verification and a skill check, and that listings are reviewed before going live.
  • Platform payments are held until the buyer accepts delivery; the FAQ notes that crypto payments are final and non-refundable, which buyers should factor in.
  • The company details are published in full, including a company number, a registered London address and the two named co-founders.

Zinn Hub enters 2026 with a straightforward proposition: make freelance marketplaces more transparent and give both sides more flexibility. For sellers, the biggest parts of that proposition are the 0% commission on the first $500, lower commission options through memberships, free project proposals, seller storefronts and multiple payout methods. For buyers, the key benefits are $0 Zinn Hub platform fees, fixed-price services, custom projects, multiple payment options and payment protection.

My initial verdict: it is worth exploring for buyers comparing clearly scoped services and freelancers interested in reaching clients across languages. The useful details are in the listing and fee rules, so that is where I focused.

Zinn Hub is doing the two things that are hardest to copy: solving language properly rather than superficially, and charging fees that make sense for the people doing the work. Platform economics are usually the thing marketplaces cannot change once they get large. Fiverr cannot drop to 7% now. Upwork cannot make Connects free. Zinn Hub has started from the right place, and the buyer experience is already more transparent than platforms ten times its size.
