How it started
Zinn Digital® is Neil Lock's company. The platform he is building for it lives at zinndigital.com. Neil got into technology as a child, on the computer systems of the family farm, the Commodore 64 and the ZX Spectrum, and he made it his profession at about twenty. After more than 25 years of building software, search and hosting, he is bringing his hosting, search and AI work together in a single product: Zinn Digital®.
The idea
What Zinn Digital® offers is AI-first hosting and SEO from one platform. Everything is managed from a single dashboard in the customer's own language and currency; the platform itself is published in 58 languages.
What he is building
The hosting comes in two lines, Footprint-Free Hosting for SEOs and Mainstream Hosting for managed WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, static and Node sites. The infrastructure under every site is built, tuned and owned by Zinn Digital® itself, end to end. Each site sits in its own kernel-level cage, watched by a proactive firewall and malware scanning. A LiteSpeed full-page cache, a per-site Redis object cache and the CDN edge are kept in step by smart auto-purge. Support comes from a 24/7 AI agent Neil built, with real functions; for developers there is a spec-first API with generated SDKs, a CLI, a Terraform provider, signed webhooks and an MCP server. There is reseller and agency hosting too, under the customer's own brand.

From the first line, the platform was designed to scale beyond a million sites.
