What it is

wpwaas.com, as visitors see it

WPWaaS turns WordPress agencies into subscription software businesses by providing fully built, white-label client portal solutions designed for specific industries. Each portal—Church, Gym, Real Estate, Clinics, Studios, and Trades—includes all necessary features and modules ready to deploy on the agency's own multisite infrastructure.

Agencies subscribe by client site count, receive the complete module bundle, and deploy on their own domain with full branding control. They set their own prices and keep 100% of client revenue with no revenue share from WPWaaS. The platform includes payment processing, booking engines, customer management, WhatsApp and mobile money integrations, and automatic updates.

Each portal is built specifically for its industry rather than offering generic tools. The company emphasizes that agencies need no custom development—setup follows documentation step-by-step through the agency dashboard. Four verticals are currently live (Church, Studios, Clinics, Trades) with more planned.

What it is built with

  • WhatsApp and mobile money integration built-in

Questions from the bench

Do I need to know how to code to resell a WordPress client portal?
No. Setup follows documentation step by step. Module configuration, plan building, and domain mapping are all done from your agency dashboard with no custom development required.
Do you take a cut of what I charge clients?
No. Your WPWaaS plan price is fixed by site count. What you charge your clients and what you keep is entirely yours.
Can I run more than one vertical?
Yes. Each vertical is its own bundle, so agencies can subscribe to Church and Gym portals separately, still billed by tenant site count.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
Your existing client sites keep running until the end of your billing period. After that billing period ends, you need to resubscribe to maintain client access.
How long does it take to deploy my first client site?
Most agencies have their multisite installed and a client's first portal live within an afternoon, with setup following documentation and requiring no development work.
