What is TUWA?

TUWA is an open-source TypeScript toolkit for self-custodial apps on EVM and Solana. It covers wallet connection (Satellite Connect), multi-chain sign-in with CAIP-122 (SIWX), transaction tracking that survives page reloads (Pulsar), React components (Nova UI Kit) and a backend for transaction history and webhooks (Quasar, managed or self-hosted). Developers can install everything with @tuwaio/sdk or pick only the packages they need.

How does Pulsar track transaction lifecycles and handle speed-ups or page reloads?

Pulsar keeps every transaction in a Zustand store persisted to localStorage and restarts the tracker of each pending transaction after a page reload. Instead of separate polling loops in different components, one tracker per transaction polls the network and detects replacements, which avoids the typical loss of transaction tracking when users reload or close the tab.

What is the pricing model for Quasar?

Quasar Cloud is free during its public beta with 1,000 free quota units per organization; paid quota is not available yet. Quasar Community Edition is free to self-host with no usage billing. All client packages (Orbit, SIWX, Satellite, Pulsar, Nova, SDK) are free under Apache-2.0.

What licensing applies to TUWA packages?

The TUWA packages are released under the Apache 2.0 license, and the starter templates under MIT-0, so developers can copy the templates with no attribution required.

Can I use TUWA headlessly without Nova UI Kit?

Yes. Every layer of TUWA is decoupled: @tuwaio/pulsar-core and @tuwaio/satellite-core are framework-agnostic stores that you can use in React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte or vanilla TypeScript without Nova UI Kit or any pre-styled modals.
