What's the 7-day trial actually like?

Install the app and accept the subscription through Shopify, which starts the 7-day clock immediately. You get full access to everything in your chosen tier including Live Tables, error tracking, URGENT cart-failure alerts, and push recovery. What counts as an "error" against my monthly quota?

JavaScript errors (uncaught exceptions and unhandled promise rejections), network failures (failed fetch/XHR), CSP violations, and rage clicks count toward your error limit. Live tracking events like pageviews and cart actions, performance vitals (LCP/CLS/INP), and checkout funnel events do not count against your error quota.

How do AI credits work and can they expire?

Each AI fix consumes 2 credits at $0.05 per credit ($0.10 per fix). You buy credit packs when needed with no monthly commitment or automatic charges. Credits never expire and you only pay when you use the AI fix feature.

What happens if I exceed my monthly error cap?

StorePulse won't drop data during an outage. Instead, the app starts sampling (recording every 10th error) past your cap and shows a dashboard banner prompting you to upgrade, so you'll never miss a complete picture of what's broken.

What personal data does StorePulse store from customers?

StorePulse stores no PII. It captures page URL, error message, stack trace, and a random session ID. It does not store customer names, addresses, payment information, order contents, IP addresses, form inputs, or payment fields from your storefront.
