A browser-based tool that converts bank and credit card statement PDFs to Excel or CSV with balance verification to the penny.

What it is

Screenshot of the StatementSheet homepage
statementsheets.com, as visitors see it

StatementSheet converts bank and credit card statement PDFs to Excel or CSV files directly in your browser, with no files uploaded to servers. Every conversion is verified against the statement's running balance to the penny, and you only pay if verification succeeds.

The tool processes up to 12 statements per batch and generates a clean Excel workbook with transactions and per-statement summaries, or CSV format ready for QuickBooks, Xero, or Excel. It supports any bank or credit card that issues digital PDFs with transaction tables.

Because processing happens entirely in your browser, you can verify that no data leaves your computer using DevTools, the airplane test, or by reading the public source code. Payments are handled by Stripe, and the company keeps no user accounts or databases.

What it is built with

  • Balance verification to the penny against statement's own balances
  • Files processed entirely in browser with zero network requests
  • Up to 12 statements per batch with unlimited pages
  • Excel and CSV export formats
  • Transaction data with dates, descriptions, amounts, and balances
  • Per-statement summary sheet
  • Support for any bank or credit card with digital PDFs
  • Public, unminified source code for verification

Pricing

Pricing model: Paid

$19 per batch for up to 12 statements with unlimited pages. Preview free; pay only when downloading. No account, no subscription, no card on file. Verified or free — statements that don't reconcile to the penny are flagged and don't count toward the batch.

Questions from the bench

Which banks are supported?
Any bank or credit card that issues a digital PDF with a transaction table, including checking, savings, and card statements. Because every result is balance-verified, you will know immediately if your bank's layout isn't parsed correctly.
Are scanned statements supported?
Not yet. StatementSheet works with digital PDFs downloaded from your bank's website or app. Scanned or photographed statements are on the roadmap.
Is my payment information safe?
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe; StatementSheet never sees your card number. The company has no user accounts and no database.
