- Can I use my existing app without code changes?
- Yes. You can point your SMTP settings to smtp.sendscape.ai on port 587 with STARTTLS and keep everything else the same.
- Can my AI assistant send email for me?
- Yes. Sendscape runs a remote MCP server so Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients can send email, check delivery, manage domains and contacts, and draft broadcasts in your account. Sending a broadcast always waits for your approval.
- What happens if I hit my quota?
- By default sending pauses until the quota resets, which is a hard stop and never a surprise charge. On paid plans you can switch on Extra emails to keep sending past your monthly quota at a flat per-1,000 rate, paid from prepaid credits.
- How long does setup take?
- Most people are live in about ten minutes after verifying their domain by adding the DNS records and grabbing an API key.
