Do I have to switch platforms to use RichAPI?
No. RichAPI is a plain API and MCP server that can be called from your own code, Clay, HubSpot, Zapier, n8n, or any MCP-compatible agent, fitting into whatever you already use.
What counts as verified, and what am I charged for?
A result is verified only when the waterfall returns a positive deliverability or reachable signal. Email and phone lookups that find nothing cost nothing.
Do credits expire?
Bundle credits do not expire. A bundle purchased today will work in five years.
How does the routing engine pick a provider?
The email finder, email verifier, and phone finder run through a waterfall of licensed providers. RichAPI tries them in order, routes to whichever one is live, and verifies the result before returning it.
Is there a contract or seat minimum?
No. Bundles are pay as you go with no seats and no minimums, and you can start with 100 free credits and no credit card.
