What it is

Oridio provides a decoupled security runtime for autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows. Operating as a transparent network gateway and proxy, it enforces strict, deterministic security rules that agents cannot evade, sitting entirely outside the agent's context.

The platform implements a unified four-stage defense runtime with L4/L7 proxy interception, in-memory WebAssembly guardrails, distributed consensus for budget locks, and Firecracker MicroVM sandboxing. It inspects and authorizes agent-to-agent messages and Model Context Protocol tool calls at the network boundary with sub-millisecond latency.

Oridio integrates into existing agent frameworks through drop-in configuration with zero agent refactoring required. It supports LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Claude, with multiple integration options including Base URL routing, MCP configuration, and standard SDKs.

The entire proxy layer and policy engine are written in Rust for memory safety, with custom security guardrails compiled to WebAssembly and executed in isolated sandboxes.

What it is built with

  • L4/L7 Proxy Interceptor for inline A2A and MCP protocol interception
  • Sub-millisecond Wasm guardrails and PII redaction under 1.2ms
  • Financial circuit breakers and spend locks with multi-node Redlock consensus
  • Firecracker MicroVM sandboxing for untrusted code execution
  • Human-in-the-Loop asynchronous state hydration for approval workflows
  • Slack integration for approval requests and notifications
  • Zero agent refactoring with drop-in integration
  • Support for LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Claude frameworks
  • 99.99% uptime SLA for data plane proxy on Pro and Enterprise tiers

Questions from the bench

How does Oridio differ from LangGraph/CrewAI?
Oridio is not an orchestrator like LangGraph or CrewAI, but a decoupled security runtime that sits beneath them. It operates as a transparent network gateway to enforce zero-trust policies and budget controls at the infrastructure level, while these frameworks handle agent orchestration and execution logic.
What is the latency impact?
Oridio introduces sub-5 millisecond p99 latency overhead. The Railway edge dataplane contributes less than 1.2ms p99, with additional overhead from MCP interception under 0.8ms and Wasm policy execution under 1.2ms.
Can I deploy Oridio in a private VPC?
Yes. Enterprise customers can deploy Oridio in dedicated VPC clusters with custom hardware and white-glove security configuration.
Can agents bypass these rules?
No. Oridio operates at the network boundary as a fail-closed system where policies are enforced outside the agent's context. The agent cannot evade rules implemented as a transparent reverse proxy intercepting all network traffic.
