- Which states do not observe daylight saving time?
- Hawaii does not observe daylight saving time. Most of Arizona does not, except the Navajo Nation. The western Aleutians use Hawaii-Aleutian time but do observe daylight saving time, unlike Hawaii.
- Is the county color the legal time zone?
- Legal standard time is set by Congress and drawn in 49 CFR Part 71. This site samples Census county outlines against the timezone-boundary-builder polygons. Where a line cuts through a county, it says so instead of painting the whole county as one answer.
