What it is

JustFill is an independent AI-powered PDF form filler that detects and fills form fields in any PDF—including scanned documents, flattened PDFs, and non-fillable forms that other software cannot open. Upload a PDF, let the AI detect every field (checkboxes, tables, dotted lines), review and adjust the layout in an interactive editor, then fill by typing, voice dictation, or paste data from Excel and CSV files. Save form layouts as templates to re-fill the same forms instantly with new data. JustFill works in any browser with no installation, is GDPR compliant, and encrypts documents in transit and at rest.

Does JustFill work with scanned PDFs?

Yes. JustFill analyzes the visual layout of each page, so it works with both native PDFs and scanned documents. It detects field positions from the image without requiring embedded form fields. For best results, use clear scans at 300 DPI or higher.

How often do I need to set up a new template?

Once per form layout. After the AI detects fields on your first document, you save the layout as a template. Every subsequent document with the same layout is filled automatically by pasting new data and downloading.

What happens if the AI detects a field incorrectly?

You review every field before download. The interactive editor lets you drag, resize, delete, or draw new fields, and your corrections are saved with the template so the AI gets it right from then on.

How long does processing take?

First-time analysis of a new form layout takes 10–30 seconds depending on complexity. Re-filling a saved template takes just a few seconds because the AI only needs to map your new data to known field positions.

Is my data safe?

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. For one-time processing, rendered page images are deleted within 7 days and source PDFs within 30 days; templates you explicitly save remain until you delete them. You can export or delete your account data at any time.
