Does Ironfang Render add a watermark?

No. Nothing you render through the API carries an Ironfang badge or watermark, with or without Pay as you go. Only the anonymous free tools on ironfang.com mark their output.

How is usage counted?

Each kind of output has its own meter. A screenshot, a PDF or a templated image counts one. Clips count output seconds, and QR codes are a free utility. Failed work counts nothing, and so does a cache hit.

Can renders run in the background and be delivered?

Yes. Any render can be a durable job, queued and retried, and batches submit many at once. Finished work is sent to a signed webhook or written to your own S3-compatible storage.

Can a render fail instead of capturing an error page?

Yes. Success rules say what should count as a failure—a status such as 404, a missing element, or text such as Access denied. A render that fails a rule is refused and is not charged.
