Founden

What it is

Founden is an AI-powered platform that builds complete autonomous software systems from natural language descriptions. Users describe what they want in plain English, and Founden generates a fully functional company including a website, customer-facing app, admin dashboard, payment processing, email automation, analytics, and blog.

The platform handles all technical aspects automatically: code, design, hosting, and infrastructure setup. Once launched at its own web address, the software continues to develop itself autonomously when enabled. Users can request changes by simply describing them in natural language, and the AI updates everything across the website, app, and admin systems.

Founden operates on a credit-based system with cloud and desktop options. Cloud builds run on Founden's infrastructure with monthly credit allowances, while desktop builds run on users' Mac computers using their own Claude, ChatGPT, or Google AI subscriptions. Users maintain ownership of their code, domain, and revenue.

Questions from the bench

What is a credit?

A credit is a fixed amount of compute. Cloud builds spend what they actually cost to run based on the model used. Browser sessions spend one credit per action. Desktop builds use desktop credits for the actual AI cost, so a costlier model or longer build costs more.

Can someone with no building experience use Founden?

Yes. You type what you want in plain English and the AI does everything else: code, design, hosting, payments, and email.

What does a completed business look like?

A real website at its own web address, a customer-facing app, an admin dashboard, payment processing, email automation, analytics, and a blog, all connected and running together.

Is Founden a website builder?

No. Founden builds autonomous software: the product customers use and pay for, the site that sells it, and the back office you run it from, as one company that keeps developing itself when enabled.

What do I own when my business launches?

Your domain is registered in your name, payments settle to your own bank account, you use your own keys for Stripe and email, and desktop app companies keep their full source code on your computer.
