FileFlippers™

What it is

FileFlippers™ is a file transfer platform built for creatives. Users upload files up to 50 GB, convert between 50+ formats before sending, and create branded download pages with their own logo and colours. The core feature is payment-gated delivery: clients see watermarked previews of files, pay by card through Stripe, and clean files unlock only after payment clears. Money goes directly to the creator's Stripe account. All files are encrypted at rest, scanned for malware on upload, and deleted when the link expires. The platform supports team collaboration on paid plans and includes AI enhancement for images and videos.

Questions from the bench

Does my client need an account?

No. They open your link, see the watermarked preview, pay by card and download. No sign-up, no app.

Where does the money go when a client pays?

Straight to your own Stripe account. You connect Stripe once, and your client pays you directly. FileFlippers™ never holds the money.

What does it cost to get paid?

On Free we take 5% of each payment. On Pro and Squad we take nothing. Stripe's own card fee comes off on every plan. Paid delivery needs a watermarked preview: Pro includes 50 a month, and on Free each one uses 1 credit from a credit pack.

What file types can I upload?

Any file type with no restrictions on format: PSD, AI, RAW, DNG, ProRes, R3D, FCP projects, ZIP archives, and more. Files over 2 GB that aren't standard video, audio or image containers get blocked, but you can split them into parts under 2 GB.
