- Questions, planning and brief reviews are free. Each project's first standard build costs 25 credits, including ordinary supported electronics. Small changes like resize, recolor or move cost 5 credits, and any other change costs 25 credits. Complex projects use more credits. Credits are held while work runs and charged when a model is delivered; failed requests and cancellations release the hold.
- Are assembly instructions and corrections included?
- Your build includes assembly instructions and useful visuals. Completing the manual uses no additional build credits. If Confetti confirms that a paid delivery missed a recorded agreed requirement, it offers an included correction for you to approve.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Free plan credits accumulate up to 100 monthly credits, with 100 welcome credits valid for 90 days. Free monthly credits last four months. Maker and Studio roll over unused monthly credits up to 400 and 1,200 respectively. One-time packs last 12 months and are separate from these caps.
- Does my plan include physical parts or manufacturing?
- No. Components, shipping, fabrication, and specialist services are separate purchases. Credits pay for AI design requests only. A generated design still needs appropriate review and physical testing.
- What should I check before building?
- A CAD model or rendered preview does not prove physical fit, strength, electrical compatibility or safe operation. Check dimensions and component specifications, review fabrication requirements and test the physical build.
