CodeHerd is a native macOS app that runs AI coding agents like Claude Code, Codex CLI, and Gemini CLI side by side in parallel panes. Each agent gets its own git worktree and branch, preventing collisions when working in parallel. You bring your own subscriptions and login credentials, which CodeHerd never sees or stores.
The app lets you open any project folder and arrange multiple agent sessions using draggable panes, splits, and keyboard shortcuts. Layouts are restored when you relaunch, and processes are cleaned up when you close panes or the app. It includes an in-app browser, notifications, and a context meter. Pro adds unlimited sessions, Herd HQ (a 3D campus view), voice dictation, page annotation, and iOS Simulator integration.

- Will my API keys and credentials be safe?
- Your credentials never pass through CodeHerd. The app launches the official CLIs you already have, and each one signs in and bills you directly. CodeHerd stores no API keys or tokens.
- How many Macs can I use my Pro licence on?
- One Pro licence works on up to 3 Macs. You can deactivate it on a Mac you no longer use to move it to another.
- What happens when the 14-day Pro trial ends?
- When the trial ends, CodeHerd carries on as Free with all your projects and sessions preserved. Nothing is deleted and already-running sessions are never stopped.
