Actuant audits deployed web apps in a real browser with 52 deterministic checks, scores them 0-100, and uses an agent to fix what's missing and launch to

What it is

Screenshot of the Actuant homepage
actuant.dev, as visitors see it

Actuant is a launch and growth tool for developers who build web apps with AI coding tools like Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit, Base44, Cursor, and Claude Code. You paste your deployed app's URL, and Actuant runs a launch-readiness audit with 52 deterministic checks in a real browser, scoring it 0-100. The tool then identifies exactly what needs to be fixed to improve launch readiness, with findings ordered by impact.

The product includes an agent that executes the launch work you'd otherwise do manually. Code changes arrive as GitHub pull requests for your review and approval. The agent also submits your app to 20 curated launch directories, fills submission forms with live assist, and tracks whether AI assistants like ChatGPT cite your app.

Actuant addresses the gap after deployment. Building an app with AI tools is easy; getting it seen, trusted, indexed, and launching it properly is harder. The tool checks the deployed app the way browsers and Google's crawler actually see it—covering security headers, exposed secrets, SEO, AI-search visibility, performance, analytics, social previews, and more—producing the same deterministic verdict every run.

What it is built with

  • 52 deterministic checks scored 0-100
  • Real browser audit with JavaScript error detection
  • Launch-readiness score across 11 categories
  • Automated GitHub pull requests for fixes
  • Directory submissions with live form assist
  • Whole-site crawl for broken links and dead assets
  • MCP server integration for Claude Code and Cursor
  • AI-search visibility monitoring
  • Multi-app portfolio management

Questions from the bench

What exactly happens when Actuant launches my app?
An agent works through the launch checklist by writing llms.txt, robots.txt and sitemap as a GitHub pull request, submitting your app to 20 curated launch directories while filling forms in a live browser you can watch, and leaving the submit button to you. Nothing touches your code without review; code changes arrive as pull requests you approve. Launch-copy drafting, analytics installation, and Stripe payment setup are on the roadmap but not yet shipped.
Does Actuant work with my builder?
Yes. Actuant doesn't integrate with specific builders—it works on the deployed app itself: the live URL, GitHub repo, and your domain. If your app has a URL, Actuant can audit it; if it has a repo, Actuant can fix it. Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit, Base44, Cursor, Claude Code, or hand-written apps all work the same way.
Do I need separate subscriptions for multiple apps?
No. One account covers your whole portfolio: the free plan covers 1 app, Launch covers 3, Scale covers 15, and Max covers 60. Re-auditing an app you've already added is unlimited on every plan.
Will Actuant spam directories with my unfinished app?
No. The audit runs first and the agent only submits when your app clears the quality bar, protecting your launch and everyone else's. Actuant maintains a curated list of directories that send real traffic, not link farms, and the agent never presses submit for you—it fills the form and hands the browser back.
What exactly happens when Actuant “launches” my app?
An agent works through the launch checklist you'd otherwise do by hand: it writes your llms.txt, robots.txt and sitemap as a GitHub pull request, submits your app to 20 curated launch directories — filling each form live in a browser you can watch, and leaving the submit button to you. Anything that touches your code arrives as a pull request; nothing merges without your approval. Launch-copy drafting, analytics installed for you, and Stripe payments set up inside your app are on the roadmap, not shipped.
